  5. Choose whether you'd like your order delivered anywhere in South Africa or collected from our Boksburg offices.

If your order includes a buy-out item that needs to be sourced from one of our trusted suppliers, please allow an additional 2–3 working days before dispatch.

Yes. Most of our manual and transport wheelchairs, hospital beds and shower chairs arrive fully assembled or require only minimal assembly, such as attaching footrests or other small components where applicable. This allows you to set up and start using your equipment as quickly as possible.

No. We do not currently offer medical equipment or mobility aid rentals.

All our mobility aids, wheelchairs, hospital beds, patient equipment and rehabilitation products are sold as new products with manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Yes. Customers are welcome to purchase directly from our offices.

Please note:

  • We operate from an office rather than a retail showroom.
  • Payments can be made via EFT or cash.
  • We currently do not have card payment facilities.

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product weight
